Peter & Sue Whitcombe are the Senior Leaders for Jesus First, New Zealand & they also lead the North Shore Church.
Peter & Sue were involved in full-time pastoral ministry in New Zealand for several
years, until 1991. This period was followed by the opportunity for further
pastoral leadership but God clearly directed them to “take time out for a season”. The season was about fourteen years where God renewed His call, where He
continued to refine His vessels through time “in the wilderness” & then He rebirthed the vision He had sown years previously.
Peter also established Shekinah School of Christian Life & Ministry, a teaching & training ministry which has been used
in over forty countries & many denominations for “the

David & Liz Otway lead the Tauranga Church which commenced meetings in March, 2011.
David & Liz served faithfully in the North Shore Church for nearly four years after
returning from overseas where they crewed on boats for several years. During
their time in Auckland, David was instrumental in setting up the evangelistic & video ministries in the Church and David & Liz
also led an Acts2 Group of young adults & young married couples.
David & Liz are gifted people and excellent communicators who have a passion for souls
and a genuine care for people. They know the sure call of God on their lives
and their call to Tauranga.
